It is a great honor and privilege to serve as Patron of Breast-Con’ 25. Academic forums of this kind provide an invaluable opportunity to exchange knowledge, share clinical experience, and explore innovations in breast cancer care. I commend the organizers for their vision for creating this platform, which has already demonstrated its impact through the remarkable success of last year’s conference. Building upon that achievement, Breast-Con’ 25 will undoubtedly strengthen collaboration, inspire research, and further advance patient-centered care. I look forward to fruitful discussions and wish the conference every success.

Breast-Con’ 25 is not just a scientific meeting; it is a reflection of our collective vision to redefine how breast cancer is understood and treated in our region. By bringing together experts from diverse disciplines, this forum emphasizes that excellence in care emerges from dialogue, teamwork, and shared responsibility.
Every session planned this year has been designed to spark meaningful discussion, highlight practical solutions, and encourage collaboration across specialties. What makes Breast-Con’ 25 unique is its spirit of inclusivity—welcoming surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and allied professionals to work side by side for a common cause.
As Patron, I am proud to support this initiative that builds bridges between knowledge and practice, between research and patient care. I am confident that the ideas born here will extend far beyond this conference hall, influencing daily practice and improving lives.
I congratulate the organizers on their tireless efforts and warmly invite all participants to engage wholeheartedly in this academic journey.

Message from the Chair, Scientific Committee
Dr. Fatima Shaukat
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Breast-c0n’ 25, being held at PC Hotel, Karachi, on October 4–5, 2025, with the theme:
“Bridging Modalities with Precision.”
Just like last year, this year’s scientific program has also been carefully designed to bring together experts in surgical, medical, and radiation oncology, along with radiology, pathology, and allied specialties, to address the most pressing and evolving aspects of breast cancer care.
Our sessions will highlight precision-based approaches, including genomics-driven decision-making, targeted axillary dissection (TAD), accelerated partial breast irradiation (APBI), systemic therapy strategies for HR+, HER2+, and triple negative disease, as well as reconstruction and survivorship. Special emphasis has been placed on the needs of young breast cancer patients, fertility preservation, and patient-centered supportive care.
We are also excited to host a Young Investigator Session, providing a platform for residents and young fellows to present their research and contribute to the future of oncology in Pakistan.
On behalf of the scientific committee, I warmly invite you to join us for two days of knowledge exchange, collaboration, and innovation, as we work together towards advancing breast cancer care in our region.
